We are one of the biggest Lighting Manufacturing Companies in the world
with named branding “PANASONIC”, plan area located in Pasuruan Jawa
Timur - Indonesia. Due to our rapid growth, we are searching for highly
qualified persons to fill the following positions:

HELP DESK & SUPPORT ENGINEER

The Incumbent must be:
1. Male and holds a Bachelor Degree from a reputable university with
GPA min 2.80, preferable from Computer Science or Informatics
Engineering background.
2. Maximum 30 years old.
3. Minimum 2 years of working experience preferably within the
similar roles of group project in manufacturing MNC's.
4. In depth knowledge and hands on experience in programming
language and database is advantage.
5. Having knowledge about MS.Active Directory, MS.Exchange Server,
LAN, Hardware troubleshooting.
6. Possess strong communication skills, follow through actions and
decisions with sense of urgency, punctuality and ready to work
under pressure to meet deadlines and targets with sudden changes environment.
7. Strong work commitment with the ability to work independently and be self driven.
8. Able to provide business support and be strong partner in operations.
9. Meticulous with an aptitude for figures and able to multitask effectively
10. Strong analytical skills with the ability to think and plan ahead.
11. Be a change agent who can re-look status quo operations for process improvements.
12. Proficient in English (spoken and written) and computer application
literacy is a must.
13. Willing to be posted within the factory area in PIER-Pasuruan East Java.
